Elias Robert White

Quote here.

Not ignoring anyone! Real life has been really busy. Tomorrow, I work again and then I’m off for a little bit.

Where is all the staff anyway?
Really? Oh my god, thank you! I need help. What do you do?

I’m Dr. White. I’m the new psychiatrist, here to help with your rehabilitation. I’m… surprised no one has told you about me or guided you to my office. Especially if you need help. Are you alright, Ms. Foy?

Contrary to popular belief, Ms. Foy, the staff is always here to help. If you need help, you should come by my office and we can talk. Remember: the door is always open.

I’m sure you will be hearing a lot more about me. You can’t force me to do your stupid counseling shit, I don’t need that, even if you find a way, I won’t play along, it’s dumb.

Tut-tut, Jason.  I’m sure the warden will grant me time with you, especially given your record for misbehaving.  And you can sit in my office in complete silence for the entire hour, it doesn’t matter to me but you will still be expected to show up. You’re always welcome to come of your own accord, of course. It really would make it so much more pleasant.

Does it matter? I don’t think I’m ever getting out of here anyways. Killing him wouldn’t do much.

Don’t think like that Ms. Johnson.  If you work and show real improvement, you might just be able to prove yourself to be the good person I’m sure you are to the parole board, the warden and myself.  But, that means you have to come and see me.  Between you and I, Ms. Johnson, I could very well be your ticket out of here.

jason-moriarty replied to your post:
I don’t need to listen to your shit, so please shut up as I must go kill Hayden right now because she doesn’t know what she is doing.

… As I said, Mr. Mor- Jason.  I’ve heard quite a bit about you.  Always seem to cause trouble around here.  I think some mandatory counseling may be good for you. I’ll have to speak with the warden about scheduling an appointment.

hayden- replied to your post:
I react to everything with anger. Sorry. That’s not changing. Leave me alone now.

Then you plan to spend the rest of your days housed in Paradise Falls, Ms. Johnson? You’re very young. It would be a shame to waste your life holed up in here.

Psychiatrist, huh? I think I might need an appointment.

Of course, Ms. O’Brien! I’m always happy to help.
My office is always open.

jason-moriarty replied to your post:
Oh dear lord, really? Another psychiatrist, another thing I don’t need to care about. I don’t need to work anything out with anyone, I’ll deal with it.

Psychiatry can be a very unwelcomed thing, Mr. Moriarty but I assure you, I’m only here to help.  Like I said, I’d certainly like to see you in my office.  I think you could definitely benefit from having a good place to vent your feelings. We all need it.

hayden- replied to your post:
No thanks. I don’t want to work things out with anybody. Wanting to kill them all is much more fun, don’t you think?

I can’t say I agree, Ms. Johnson but I can understand the feeling. I can be very frustrating when you feel you’re not being listened to or treated properly. We must not react with anger, though, Hayden.

And that’s to both of you. Anger’s what’s got us in here to begin with, right?  I hate to treat you both like children but I feel obligated to remind you of the Golden Rule: Treat others how you would like to be treated, yes?

jason-moriarty said: And what the hell are you going to do about it?

I, Ms. Johnson and Mr. Moriarty, am Dr. White. I’m the new psychiatrist at Paradise Falls and I will tell you both right now, I don’t want to see this anymore. We’re all here together, aren’t we? I’ve already heard a bit about both of you — especially you, Mr. Moriarty. Apparently, you have a knack for trouble yet I haven’t seen you in my office. Now, if you both have grievances, perhaps we could work this out together, yes?
